Capacity – intensive cleaning: from 12 to 25 t/h

While being prepared for long storage, grain must be cleaned. Nowadays, it is hard to imagine modern warehousing objects without cleaning devices. BS cleaners are designed for preliminary and intensive cleaning of all types of grain, rape, wheat, barley, rye, oats and many other grains of cereals, as well as seeds of corn, sunflower, broad bean, pea and other seeds of leguminous plants. The big surface of sieves and aspiration system grant very good capacity of the cleaners, not only at the preliminary cleaning, but also at the intensive one. Made of the highest-quality materials, they guarantee long and safe use.

Capacity from 20 to 180 t/h

Unclean grain is delivered to the aspiration chamber through which a strong stream of air flows. The quantity of captured contaminants depends on the level of negative pressure, adjusted easily on the ventilator. Next, the grain is transported to the drum through sieves. The drum is divided into sections and each section allows for assembly of any sieve. With such flexibility of sieves we may adapt the cleaner to any type of grain, as well as achieve any parameters of the cleaned material we need. In the next stages of the cleaning process, i.e. during the grain’s passage through particular sections of the drum, contaminants are separated, depending on the applied sieves.
