Each employee is responsible for quality of its work and cooperation with others based on partnership. For that reason we prefer qualified and competent personnel which are engaged in development of the quality of processes. We precisely specify responsibilities and entitlements. Satisfaction of our employees constitutes a basis for our continuous development.
Responsible development and improvement of processes.
Efficient and successful processes guarantee competitiveness on the market and economics of functioning of our Company. That is why we assess and monitor our processes. We are headed to avoiding mistakes and reducing claims. Constant improvement of the quality of our products and managing execution of Customer's facilities is an effect of developing processes.
Analysis of qualitative and economic data.
Business decisions are made on the basis of facts and data obtained from SAP. We carry out controls of management system. Efficiency of communication on all levels of the entire organisational structure is something we really care about.
Just qualitative management of the Company.
We carry out our strategy and aims resulting from it on the basis of the Balanced Score Card (BSC). It is important for us to keep our actions in the financial, customer, processes, and development area coherent. We shall fulfil requirements of the Quality Management System under the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard. Applying modern company management techniques and IT support of SAP allow us to follow the rule of constant development.
The Management Board of PPW ARAJ [Manufacturing and Implementing Company] ensures that the Quality Policy shall be fulfilled on every level of the organisational structure of the Company and obliges all employees to conscious performance of planned aims and qualitative tasks.
